Av. Arb. Ahmet Kerem ÖZŞAHİN

Graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1994. In 1995, started to work at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey as an Assistant Legal Expert (Attorney).

Completed the "Capital Market Board of Turkey Program" at The Wharton School in the USA during Fall Semester of 2000. Between 2002-2003, pursued the LL.M degree from Georgetown University Law Center, Capital Markets and Financial Regulations program. Prepared a Maters Thesis titled "The Independence of Independent Auditors."

During July 2007 – May 2008, worked as a research assistant to Prof. James D. COX at DUKE LAW. During this period, also conducted post-graduate studies as a Visiting Scholar.

In private law practice since 2016, registered with the Ankara Bar Association Registered to the Mediators List by The Ministry of Justice as an Expert Mediator in Commercial Law.
